Cruise-In Photos

Well it's April 17th and our 3rd week for the Hardee's Saturday Night Cruise-In in 2010. The Cruise-in Officially Started on April 03, 2010, and will run through September every Saturday night from 5:00 PM until? Weather permitting..

The weather wasn't the greatest on Saturday, April 17, as it was a little cool. Even then vehicle hobbyists and spectators just couldn't stay away. There were over 100 vehicles, plus 30-40 bikes in attendance. The temp dropped as the night air moved in. They came from as far away as NC, South Hill and Ashland. What a beautiful sight to see the cars, trucks, and bikes cruise in to Hardee's. Good music, and Good Friends. Everyone was ready to have a good time. They cruised in to Hardee's starting around 4:00 PM and the lot was full by 7pm. Even with the chill in the air the lot was almost full at any given time.

But, this night would be a special night. Gene Hammond was a long time supporter of the Saturday Night Cruise-In and had recently passed away. The members of SKC wanted to recognize him, because of all the support has given the club over the years and presented his widow a framed certificate.
