Cruise-In Photos April 19
"Pick of the Week" Read more below!
Well, the weather still was the greatest for Cruise-In Night April 19, 2008, but the
street rodding fans began arriving before 5:00 PM anyway. Before the night was over there would be over 100 vehicles, plus 40-50 bikers cruise to Hardee's to join the fun.
And fun it would be with the "Wolf Man" playing the music all night. Plus, tonight would be the first cruise-in for reviving the "Pick of the Week" that this cruise-in has
been so famous for. It's just another way that we can have fun, said several club members. The pick of the week isn't the best car, truck, or bike on the lot. It's picked
because it's a rare ride, or it may be unique, or it may just something that is a eye catcher, said Eddie Cole of the Southern Knights Cruisers. And who should know any
better about having fun, than Eddie. He's been a street rodder for a lot of years.
The "Pick of the Week" went to George and Linda Cosier of Richmond, who drove
their rare 1972 Olds Cutlas Convertible with a W-30 cold air package down to Hardee's. This car is one of only about 1100 made. Check out
the photos below!
