The Southern Knights Cruisers through their Adopt A Cop Program teamed up with the Chesterfield County Police Officers and served a Waffle Breakfast on March 24, 2007, from 8-11 AM to benefit the Chesterfield County Police Foundation.   O'Charley's of Chester, Virginia, not only sponsored and paid all the expenses, but also did all the cooking.

This would be the 2nd time O'Charley's has partnered with members of the Southern Knights Cruisers to host a benefit for the Chesterfield County Police Officers. Again members of the Southern Knights, law enforcement personnel and their families, and several volunteers took orders, served and bused tables. But, this time the Directors of Adopt A Cop of Virginia also took part in this event. There even was a District Manager for Boddie Noell Enterprises working to support our Officers in Chesterfield. This lady is the person that said, "Yes," when first approached about supporting our Officers on Hardee's lot. This should tell all how serious the citizens of Chesterfield are about this new program.
